The strength of our organization depends on the community in order to thrive. We are an all volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization that works together with members of the business communities in order to provide services and resources for those with justice involvement and their families. Please note that we cannot accept live animals, items with unusual storage requirements, or items with significant transfer or handling costs. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly for questions about what can be donated.

Nolef Turns Inc. accepts all major credit cards. Transactions are 100% secure with PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account in order to contribute. Donations are accepted online, by phone, via Apple Pay or Android Pay, or at the corporate office. You will automatically receive a tax receipt with your contribution. Do you have a vested interest in criminal justice reform and would like to actively support our efforts for change in mass incarceration, public policy regarding the criminal justice system and forging change in how Virginia penalizes those with a conviction forever? Join us in our fight for change. Become a member today. Your annual membership offers our organization the support we need to advocate for change in the justice system, strength in the family structure, and growth in our communities.

Become a Community Partner
Community Partners are our corporate level members who support the idea of second chances. We encourage our community partners to join us as corporate members; however, if your organization provides valuable resources for those with justice involvement, we will waive the financial commitment. Community Partners stand in solidarity with our organization to show that Virginians believe in the notion of giving people the opportunity to move beyond their past. Please consider becoming a community partner. If you are an employer, halfway house manager, or property manager/owner, who is willing to work with those with previous justice involvement and others with challenged backgrounds, please use the link below to complete and submit the community partner application. We are also looking for people who have technical skills (forklift experience, plumbing/HVAC experience, welding, etc), who are willing to train clients and offer certifications to increase their job skills. Gift Cards / Bus Tickets
We collect GRTC bus tickets and gift cards for local gas stations for our Back To Work Program. Bus tickets and gift cards (preferably gas cards) support job search and job training.

Donate to Food Pantry
Nolef Turns Inc. believes in community. We volunteer at various events around the Richmond City and surrounding areas, to feed the less fortunate. We currently accept non-perishable food items for recently released individuals and for individuals experiencing hardships or homelessness. We will also accept cash/credit donations or local grocery store gift cards for individuals in transitional housing or experiencing homelessness, who may not be able to store a large amount of items.
